The service

AquaFlow is a hydration tracking application that helps you log water intake, set goals and build habits through reminders, streaks and achievements. AquaFlow is a wellness tool and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Consult a doctor before making significant changes to your fluid intake, especially if you have a medical condition.

Accounts

You can create an account with email and password, Google or Apple sign in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

AquaFlow offers a free tier and an optional Premium subscription:

• Weekly, billed at $5.99 per week.
• Monthly, billed at $18.99 per month.
• Yearly, billed at $149.99 per year.

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the App Store or Google Play Store. Charges are handled by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective refund policies.

Free and premium features

Free accounts include water tracking, rule-based tips, achievements and a 7-day history. Premium adds AI-powered hydration tips, extended history, additional color themes, exclusive achievements and removes ads. Features may change as the App evolves.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the App.
• Circumvent or manipulate subscription or usage limits.
• Use another person's account without permission.

Intellectual property

The App, including its design, branding and content, is owned by AquaFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or redistribute any part of the App without permission.

Termination

You may stop using AquaFlow and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

AquaFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or that hydration calculations will suit every individual's needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AquaFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
